Description
"These earrings are a private collection from an alchemist's laboratory - the twisted coiled copper wires resemble the secret codes on ancient scrolls, the red glass resembles the molten lava's fiery oath, and the heart-shaped gold piece consists of two green glass pieces and one red glass piece, forming a 'seed of life', as if sealing the forest's breath and the earth's core's flames within the metal skeleton."
▪ Main structure: 4.2cm x 6.5cm Coiled copper plated with gold (3-micron thick coating, hand-aged and sulfided treatment)
▪ Glass components: - Main stone: 6mm transparent red glass (containing natural veining, replicated using the Venetian Murano island blowing technique) Heart-shaped inlay: 2 x 6mm olive green glass + 1 x 6mm wine red glass (lead-free low-temperature firing)
▪ Details: The ear hooks are copper-gilded S-shaped curves, suitable for ear holes or can be modified into ear clips (please note)
▪ Markings: The inner side of the ear pins is etched with the Etruscan symbol "ᛇ" (symbolizing eternal cycle)
◼ Design Philosophy
"Inspired by the 'Element Transformation Diagram' in the 15th-century 'Roger Bacon Manuscript' - the twisted copper wire metaphorically represents the spiral ascent path of alchemy, with red and green glass corresponding to sulfur (fire) and salt (earth) in the philosophical opposition. When worn, the glass moves with the steps, resembling a miniature alchemy workshop carried around."
◼ Wearing Scenarios
🌿 Forest Music Festival: Matched with a deer-skin fringed shawl, allowing the green glass to dance with the light and shadows of the leaves
🔥 Retro Coffee Shop: Wearing a single piece breaks the symmetry, and the red glass is faintly visible in the latte steam
📜 Script Kill Theater: As the iconic prop for the "Witch Trial" theme
◼ Spiritual Narrative
🔮 Energy Semiotics:
- Red glass: Used by witches in ancient European legends to store courage spells
- Two greens and one red: A variant of the "Three Gods Knot" in Celtic culture, symbolizing the balance of nature, humanity, and the spiritual realm
- Twisted spiral: The simplified form of the alchemical symbol "The Caduceus", representing immortality and transformation
